Was sind Emotionspuppen für Kinder?
Emotionspuppen helfen Kindern, Emotionen zu verstehen und auszudrücken. Unsere Emotionspuppen eignen sich für Kinder ab 3 Jahren und können im Kindergarten und in der Grundschule eingesetzt werden.
Die sechs Puppen aus der Feelix & Fay Reihe dienen den Kindern als Identifikationsfiguren und schaffen leicht Gesprächsanlässe in der Gruppe. Wenn Kinder Figuren wie Feelix bereits aus anderen Spielen kennen, ist es leichter, ins Gespräch zu kommen. Und wenn eine Puppe wie Feelix bereits in der Gruppe bekannt ist, fällt es meist auch leichter, „verschlossene“ Kinder zu erreichen.

Mit den Emotionspuppen werden spielerisch alle Teilaspekte sozial-emotionaler Kompetenzen gestärkt:
Emotionswissen & -ausdruck: Kinder kennen die Ursachen von Gefühlen und können einordnen, in welchen Situationen welche Gefühle auftreten. Dadurch können sie soziale Situationen besser einschätzen und lernen, die Gefühlsäußerungen anderer zu lesen. Gleichzeitig erkennen sie ihre eigenen Gefühle und lernen, diese auszudrücken.
Emotionsregulation: Kinder lernen zu erkennen, dass ein starkes Gefühl da ist, sie sich aber nicht davon überwältigen lassen müssen. Sie üben, ihre Impulse zu kontrollieren. Ziel ist es, statt auszuflippen oder in Tränen auszubrechen, auch bei unterschiedlichen Meinungen im Gespräch zu bleiben und die eigene Position zu verhandeln.
Empathie: Kinder lernen, die Perspektive anderer emotional und rational zu verstehen und ihr eigenes Handeln danach auszurichten: Warum zeigt jemand diesen Gefühlsausdruck? Was könnte passiert sein? Wie würde es mir in dieser Situation gehen? Diese Überlegungen bilden die Grundlage für Empathie. Empathie ist eng mit Emotionswissen und Emotionsausdruck verbunden.
Konflikt & Kooperation: Im Sinne sozial-emotionaler Kompetenzen geht es darum, bei Konflikten eine friedliche Lösung zu finden. Kinder lernen ihre Interessen zu vertreten, aber auch zurückzustecken. Um Konflikte gewaltfrei aushandeln zu können, spielen die Fähigkeiten Emotionswissen & -ausdruck, Emotionsregulation und Empathie eine wichtige Rolle.
